Step 1: Onboarding Call
To kick things off, we’ll either schedule a quick onboarding call or if you prefer, you can jump straight to filling out our Onboarding Form.
Step 2: Design & Build
Here’s where we do the heavy lifting for you:
Content First – We review your content. Don’t worry if things aren’t perfect, we are here to help.
Design Phase – We create a clean layout that aligns with your brand and business goals.
Review Time – You’ll receive a private preview link and can request up to two rounds of edits to fine-tune the details.
Final Approval – Once it feels just right, you give us the green light, and we launch it.
Step 3: Domain & Handoff
We’ll transfer your finished site to your Carrd account, connect your custom domain, and ensure everything runs smoothly before handoff. You’ll also receive a short manual (PDF) with easy steps for managing tasks on your own.

What can I do with my site?
Your site is ideal for landing pages, portfolios, small business sites, events, digital products, or as a link-in-bio or resume.How long does it take?
Once we review your completed onboarding form and set a start date, your site will be ready within 2–6 weeks. If you need to launch sooner, expedited timelines are available for an additional $300 CAD.What do I get?
You’ll get a professionally built, one-page site that’s fast, mobile-ready, and easy to manage. A lasting brand asset fully transferred to your account once it’s live.Do I need a Carrd account?
Yes. To transfer ownership, you’ll need your own Carrd Pro Lite plan ($19/year USD). This gives you full control after delivery.What about my domain and hosting?
Carrd includes secure hosting; there’s no setup needed. You can connect your own domain, we recommend porkbun.com, or you can opt to keep the free Carrd subdomain.
Content & Design
What if I don’t have content or images yet?
Not to worry, just share what you have, and we’ll help fill in the gaps with optimized for web royalty-free visuals that match your brand’s tone and style.Can I request changes after I see the draft?
Yes. Two round of revisions is included for text tweaks, image swaps, and layout adjustments. Need more edits? We can add extra rounds for a small fee.Can I update my content later?
Absolutely. You’ll have full access to your site and can easily edit text, images, or sections anytime.Will my site match my vibe or brand style?

Can I add a blog or improve SEO?
Yes! We recommend Blogmaker.app, a lightweight solution that pairs beautifully with Carrd.
Your site comes SEO-ready with a clean structure, meta tags, and fast performance. For stronger long-term visibility, we suggest blogging and backlink-building.Can I collect emails or leads?
Yes. We can integrate forms or tools like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or Zapier so you can start collecting leads instantly.Will my site automatically get traffic?
Your site won’t get traffic automatically, that’s where ongoing promotion comes in. We’ll set the foundation for SEO, but visibility grows with consistent marketing through social media, email, and other outreach.What if I need a more advanced site later?
We’ve got you covered. If you ever outgrow your one-pager, we’ll guide you through the next step, whether that means expanding your current platform or scaling up with new features and integrations.
Payments
What type of payments do you accept?We accept e-transfer/bank transfer and credit card payments.E-transfer / Bank Transfer — no added fees.
Credit Card (Stripe) — includes a standard 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee.Projects are typically billed in two parts: 50% upfront to start and 50% upon delivery.
If you prefer, you can also pay the full amount upfront, whichever works best for you.Note: Payment in full confirms acceptance of terms and officially begins your project.
Do I get an invoice?

nuPAGE™ is a boutique web studio specializing in one-page websites for small businesses, creatives, and entrepreneurs. By booking a project or making a payment, you agree to the following terms.Scope of Work
Each site includes the deliverables outlined in your chosen Launch Kit. Any additional features or revisions beyond the agreed scope will be discussed and billed separately.Timeline
Most websites are completed within 2–6 weeks after onboarding, depending on feedback, content delivery, and project complexity. Delays in providing materials or approvals may extend the timeline.Payments
Projects require a 50% deposit to secure your spot and begin work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion, prior to site transfer or final delivery.
Payments can be made by e-transfer or Stripe. Stripe transactions include standard processing fees (currently around 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). If you prefer, you may pay the full amount upfront.Ownership & Rights
Once the final payment is received, full ownership of the completed website design and assets is transferred to you. nuPAGE™ retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, marketing materials, or social media.Revisions & Edits
Your package includes a defined number of revisions, as outlined in your onboarding form. Additional edits outside that scope may incur extra fees.Liability
nuPAGE™ is not liable for any loss, interruption, or damages resulting from website downtime, third-party service issues, or client-made changes after handoff.

A project officially begins after receipt of the initial deposit and signed approval of the scope.Cancellations & Refunds
Because design services involve time and creative work, deposits are non-refundable once the work has begun.
