2. Design Phase – We match your vision with a clean, modern layout
3. Review Time – You’ll get a private preview link to review and request 1 round of edits.
4. Final Approval – You give the green light.

Step 3: Domain & Handoff

For us to transfer your site, you’ll need your own Carrd account. The plan selected would depend on your business requirements. Note that the cost for your Carrd plan is not included in the $315Once approved, we:

How long does it take?
Once we receive your completed intake form and payment, we’ll confirm the timeline. Your site will be delivered in 3–7 business days (the timeline may vary depending on the scope).What do I get?
You’ll get a sleek, mobile-friendly one-page website with a clean, responsive design — built fast and without the tech hassle. Its user-friendly and easy-to-maintain interface empowers you to take charge of your website.What if I don’t have content or images yet?
No problem! The intake form will guide you through what you need to have ready. As an add-on, we offer image placement, but we do not offer copy editing or creation at this time.

I’m not tech-savvy. Will I be able to manage my site after?
Absolutely. Carrd is super user-friendly. Once your site is transferred to your account, you’ll get a PDF from us showing you how to make small edits and updates.What if I don’t have a domain yet?
We recommend getting one through Porkbun.com, or you can leave it on the Carrd subdomain; whatever you prefer.What about hosting?
You don’t need a hosting provider. Carrd hosts the site for you; all you need to add is your custom domain.

Can I request changes after I see the draft?
Yes! One round of revisions is included; a form will be sent to you where you can place your editing requests—things like text tweaks, image swaps, and layout adjustments. If you need more changes, we can discuss your revisions for an add-on fee.Will my site automatically get traffic?
Not quite. While your new website will be optimized for performance and mobile experience, bringing traffic to your site requires additional effort, like implementing SEO (Search Engine Optimization), sharing your site on social media, or running marketing campaigns.We offer SEO services as an add-on to help improve your visibility and drive more traffic. If you're interested, let us know — we’d be happy to discuss how we can support your goals.

Will I need a Carrd account?
Yes. To transfer ownership of your site, you’ll need your own Carrd account with a Pro Lite plan, which costs $19/year. This gives you full control and access to your website after delivery.What if I need a more advanced or custom site later?
We offer premium services. Let’s chat.Do you offer logo design?
Not as part of this base package.Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Once payment is received, we’ll email you an invoice for your records.Do you offer refunds?
Because our work is custom and time-based, all payments are final. We do not offer refunds once a project has started. However, if the project is cancelled by the client before work has started, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
