We value transparency and want you to feel confident working with us. Below are the key terms, privacy practices, and payment policies that guide how we do business.
1. Terms & Conditions
By booking a project, you agree to the following:Scope of Work
Each package includes the deliverables outlined in your chosen tier (Essentials or Signature). Any features or revisions beyond the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted separately.Timeline
Most projects are completed within 15 days once content and materials are provided. Delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals may extend the timeline.Client Responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate content, images, and brand materials in a timely manner. nuPAGE is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late submissions.
Revisions
Your package includes a set number of revision rounds (2 for Essentials, 3 for Signature). Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra fees.Ownership & Rights
Once final payment is received, you own the completed website design and all assets. nuPAGE retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials.Liability
nuPAGE is not liable for website downtime, third-party service issues, or damages resulting from client-made changes after handoff.
2. PaymentsAccepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via e-transfer (CAD) and Stripe (credit/debit cards).Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot and begin work.Final Payment
The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before site transfer or final delivery.
Refunds
Because each site is custom-built, all payments are final once work begins. If you cancel before work starts, a partial refund may be possible on a case-by-case basis.Late Payments
Final delivery will not proceed until full payment is received.
3. Privacy PolicyWhat We Collect
We collect basic contact information (name, email, business details) when you contact us or request a quote. Basic analytics may also be collected to understand how visitors interact with our website.How We Use It
Your information is used solely for project delivery, communication, and invoicing. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.Third-Party Tools
We use trusted third-party services, including Stripe for payments and Google Analytics for tracking. Each provider maintains its own privacy standards and data protection policies.
Data Security
We take measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no online platform is 100% secure.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
4. Cancellations & DisputesCancellation by Client
If you cancel mid-project, the deposit is non-refundable. Work completed to date will be billed accordingly.Cancellation by nuPAGE
If we're unable to complete the project, you'll receive a full refund of all payments made.Disputes
